Chinese Food


Since moving to China, I've learned that I have a very sensitive stomach. That has made it a little difficult to adapt to the local cuisine. After a few bouts of food poisoning and a traumatizing run-in with a pig carcass, I've got this eating thing down pat! I eat a lot of fruit, stir-fried vegetables and fish (no land animals). We have a great farmers' market near our home where we do most of our grocery shopping. Here is a look at a trip to the market and a typical lunch!






It is lychee season right now and I love it!
